The 1-to-4 Ascending Lane-Dividing Automatic Sorting & Packaging Line is made up of a sorting conveyor unit, main rising lane unit, three-stage sorting unit, tail frame unit, control system, and packaging machine. Using photoelectric detection control, it organizes, splits, stacks, and positions products before sending them to the automatic packaging machine for packaging. This setup ensures continuous production, low defect rates, and attractive packaging.
Simplified: Different guiding and lane devices can be configured for different products to make sure they don’t get deformed or damaged during lane separation. The packaging speed for a single line can reach 30-180 packs per minute. The whole line runs on a 220V 50HZ power supply, with a total power of 25.78KW.
