The 1‑to‑4 130° Automatic Sorting & Packaging Line consists of a sorting and conveying unit, main line diverging unit, steering sorting unit, three-level sorting unit, control system, 130-degree rear frame unit, and packaging machine section. It handles product stretching and sorting, distributes and positions items, can simultaneously add oxygen absorbers or alcohol tablets, and then stacks and merges them for accurate packaging, each line can package at a speed of 30-180 packs per minute. The whole line uses a 220V 50Hz power supply with a total power of 25.9KW.
