The F-type One-to-two Dual Channel Automatic Material Sorting Line consists of a sorting and conveying unit, a lane mainline unit, a control system, a pancake flipping conveyor unit, a five-stage sorting unit, a stacking unit, and a packaging machine. It pulls and organizes the products, distributes and conveys them, flips them one row at a time, positions them, automatically merges and stacks the pancakes, and then accurately packages the products. A single line can pack 30-180 packs per minute. The whole line uses a 220V 50HZ power supply, with a total power of 16.46KW.
